Middlesboro ARH's Charlsie’s Angels Program Featured on Knoxville News
The Charlsie’s Angels Program at Middlesboro ARH which provides angel blankets for inpatients who need comfort and the Pink Bibles for inpatients diagnosed with breast cancer, was recently featured on Knoxville’s WBIR-TV.
The program was started in honor of late Middlesboro ARH employee Charlsie Breeding who was the first recipient of one of the angel blankets during her final hospital stay prior to passing away November 3, 2011.
Charlsie worked at Middlesboro ARH for 43 years as a transcriptionist then later as a Correspondence Clerk in Medical Records.
