Center is a 308-bed, acute-care and psychiatric hospital. The medical
center enjoys a reputation of excellence as a patient-oriented, rural health facility.
Our goal
Our goal at the Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center is to be the premier,
integrated, consumer-focused, regional referral center serving the people of Southeastern
Kentucky. We shall enhance the quality of life of the communities and individuals we serve
through the operation of a seamless healthcare network.
Where are we?
Hazard, the county seat, is located within the scenic mountainous area
of Southeastern Kentucky. Hazards population is approximately 5,600. Perry County's
population is approximately 30,000. Lexington, Kentucky, and Knoxville, Tennessee, are
both major cities located less than 150 miles from Hazard.
