Waiting room seating is available in the main lobby, on the second floor, and outside the pharmacy.

| Chapel | The hospital chapel, located on the second floor beside of ICU, is open at all times.

Dinner ...... 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Coffee Breaks..10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The hospital provides a cafeteria for the convenience of visitors and hospital staff and is located on the first floor.

| Vending Machines: | Vending machines are located in the vending area off the main lobby waiting room and in the rear of the cafeteria.

Evening and weekend hours depend on the availability of volunteers from the McDowell ARH Auxiliary.
The gift shop is located in the main lobby of the hospital. The gift shop offers a variety of gift items, balloons, greeting cards, candies, and other merchandise.

Questions regarding your account or any financial issue may be directed to one of the business office clerks. The business office is located on the second floor of the clinic building.

| Security: | A security guard is on duty from 4:30 p.m. till 8:00 a.m. To maintain security in the facility, the guard monitors all areas of the hospital. You may reach security by asking any hospital employee to page the security officer.
