Whitesburg ARH Hospital carries as its goal a simple statement of purpose which is consistent with the way of life in this peaceful community served by its sole full service community hospital. Simply stated, "Our goal is to Help Sick People Get Well and Help Well People Stay Well."

Where are we?

Whitesburg is nestled at the base of the scenic Pine Mountain chain in Southeastern Kentucky near the Virginia border. With a population of 1,500 residents, Whitesburg offers the appeal of small-town living but is easily accessible to major urban areas. We are positioned 130 miles southeast of Lexington, Kentucky, and 95 miles north of Johnson City, Tennessee.
