Sunday, October 5 – VIP Golf & Sporting Clays
- VIP Golf Event
- 11:15 AM – Lunch at Champions Room
- 12:00 PM – Tee Time on Old White (every 12 minutes)
- Sporting Clays
- 12:15 PM – Lunch at Champions Room
- 12:45 PM – Shuttle to Kate’s Mountain (leaving from Champion’s Room)
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Sporting Clays
- Wine Reception
- 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Chesapeake Bay Terrace & Room (Attire: Business Casual)
Monday, October 6 – Golf Scramble
- Tee Times: 8:00 AM & 1:00 PM
- Breakfast: 7:00 AM
- Registration: 7:00 AM & 11:30 AM
- Buffet Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
