Intensive Care
The unit is open for visitors for
15 minutes at the following times:
9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m.
Psychiatric Services
Monday - Friday
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Waiting Room
Seating is available around the clock in the main lobby. Waiting rooms are available in the Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging and Emergency Departments, all located on the first floor. There are waiting rooms located adjacent to the Intensive Care Unit, in the Daniel Boone Clinic, and during surgical hours in the Outpatient Surgery Department on the hospital’s first floor.

Dinner ...... 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The hospital provides a cafeteria for the convenience of visitors and hospital staff and is located on the second floor.

| Vending Machines: | Vending machines are located in the Cafeteria, near the Intensive Care Unit on the fifth floor, in the Emergency Department waiting area, and in the Daniel Boone Clinic.

The Gift Shop is located in the main lobby of the hospital. The Gift Shop is operated by volunteer members of the hospital auxiliary and offers a variety of gift items, candies, and other merchandise.

Outpatient prescriptions and many over-the-counter medications and appliances may be purchased in the Pharmacy, located on the first floor adjacent to the Daniel Boone Clinic.

Questions regarding your account or any financial issue may be directed to one of the financial counselors. The Financial Counseling Office is located on the first floor near the main elevators.

| Security: | A security guard is on duty from
3:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. To maintain security in the facility, the guard monitors all areas of the hospital.
You may reach a security guard by dialing “0” for the hospital operator or by asking any hospital employee to page the security officer.
