1.jpgSleep study is one of the latest services offered at Harlan ARH

About one of every three adults has a sleep disorder. Sleep disorders affect every age, impact your quality of life and may lead to serious illness. Sleep has a profound effect on waking performance and is vital for physical and mental health. The Harlan ARH Sleep Center can provide diagnostic testing and work with your medical provider to develop treatment options for you closer to home. The new sleep center is part of ARH's Medical Centers of the Mountains initiative, which aims to provide new services in all the communities ARH serves.

  • Are you chronically fatigued or tired?
  • Does a poor night's sleep make you drowsy during the day?
  • Have you been told you have loud, disruptive snoring?
  • Is a lack of sleep affecting your ability to concentrate at work?
  • Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep?
  • Are you irritable with friends or family because you are tired?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be one of the 50 million Americans with a sleep disorder.

For more information about the Harlan ARH Sleep Center call, 606-573-8100 Ext 2399 or 2396.
