At the Middlesboro ARH Hospital, we know how stressful the thought of an operation can be for our patients as well as their family. Our services are designed to ease the anxieties and concerns of patients and families and make surgery as convenient as possible. The Operating Room is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cases are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our Surgery Unit features modern surgical suites and state of the art equipment.   One Day Surgery offers many surgical procedures that may be performed without the need for an overnight stay.

  Endoscopy Department operates Monday through Friday where a variety of disorders are treated.

  Post-Anesthesia Care is a 5-bed recovery suite with highly skilled nurses who provide the immediate care of all patients following surgery.

  Family Waiting Areas are provided for the families of patients undergoing surgery.
