American Cancer Society Patient Resource Center
The American Cancer Society has partnered with the ARH Cancer Center to open a Cancer Resource Center in the lobby of the cancer center.
The Cancer Resource Center is staffed by trained volunteers who answer questions about cancer prevention and risk reduction, local activities, events and research.
The Cancer Resource Center is available for cancer patients, family members, caregivers, students or anyone who has cancer information needs.
The Cancer Resource Center, which is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., provides an array of patient support programs to help cancer patients throughout their cancer journey and beyond.
In addition, several of these programs are also available for caregivers and family members.
Wigs, bras, and prosthesis are also available free of charge for those undergoing cancer treatments and facing partial or total loss of hair.
