Clinical Trials

What is a Clinical Trial?
A clinical trial is a research study designed to answer one or more questions about how a certain drug, treatment or medical device affects a disease. Some clinical trials compare existing treatments to determine which is better. There are potential benefits to participating in a clinical trial, as well as potential risks.
