Naga P. Raja, MD

Board Certified Oncology and Internal Medicine


The ARH Oncology Associates and Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center announce the newest member of their healthcare team Naga P. Raja, MD. Dr. Raja specializes in Oncology. He is a board certified Medical Oncology physician with an extensive background in managing highly complex cancer cases. He was Chief Fellow in Medical Oncology at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Ohio. His Internal Medicine residency was at West Virginia University, Charleston Division, WV.

A member of the Hazard ARH Oncology Associates, a UK Markey Cancer Center network affiliate, Dr. Raja's patients receive chemotherapy and other advanced cancer treatments.

Raymond Elsoueidi, MD

Raymond Elsoueidi, MD
Board Certified medical Oncologist/Hematologist


Dr.Elsoueidi received his MD degree from the Lebanese University in 2000. He completed his Residency and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at North Shore-Long Island Jewish health system in Staten Island, New York. He was appointed assistant professor at the University of Kentucky in 2009 and promoted to associate professor in 2014.

Dr.Elsoueidi has published many research papers and is involved in the teaching of medical students and medical residents. Dr.Elsoueidi is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in hematology and medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Oncology and the International Society of GI Oncology.

 Samuel Dean Bailey, MD

Samuel Dean Bailey, MD
Board Certified medical Oncologist/Hematologist

Dr. Bailey received his M.D. degree from the University of Kentucky in 2006. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the university of Kentucky. He was then Chief Resident from 2009-2010. He then completed his Fellowship at the University of Kentucky and was Chief Fellow in his final year. Dr. Bailey is currently board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Don Stacy, MD

Don Stacy, MD
Board Certified Radiation Oncology


Dr. Don Stacy is a native of Hazard, KY. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. Physics degree in 1995. He received his M.D. degree in 1999 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. In 2004, he completed his Radiation Oncology Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Stacy also earned a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Bioethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2016. He is board-certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Dr. Stacy specializes in advanced radiation therapy techniques, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), and radionuclide therapy.
