Tug Valley ARH welcomes Paula Jones, DO,


Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center and ARH Tug Valley Medical Associates are pleased to have Laura Paula Ashby-Jones, DO, on staff. Dr. Jones is now accepting patients, treating both adults and children 13 and older.

Dr. Jones received her Doctor of Osteopathy from Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, Pikeville, KY and is a board-certified Osteopathic Family Physician.

In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, Dr. Jones provides routine health screenings and counseling on lifestyle changes in an effort to prevent illnesses before they develop.

Tug Valley ARH Community CEO Tim Hatfield said he is pleased to have someone of Dr. Jones caliber on staff. “We are pleased to bring another quality primary care provider to the Tug Valley area. Dr. Jones will be integral in helping us achieve our mission of improving health and promoting wellbeing for all in central Appalachia,” said Hatfield. “She will be an exceptional advocate for good health for our community.”
