No need for any improvement! Everyone was great.

This was an infusion center. Not a doctors office. The nurses were awesome kind and did their job with up most care. The problem is the room is no bigger than a bathroom and you've got 4 recliners and 4 sick people. Definitely not a comfortable place to be. Y'all should be ashamed to use this room for that.

Wanted my wife to sit in the car in 90 degree weather. With the cost of gas to run the AC is crazy. Use your waiting room. Other Dr offices do. Not thrilled how she was treated.

I think she she done real well. I mean, I ain;t got no no fault against her at all. She's a a real nice nurse whatever she was, she was just I mean, I liked her real well. She was she explained everything to me and everything. So she was she know my position. She's know my illnesses and stuff. So I don't have any complaints with her whatsoever. She's a real good person. Thank you.

Nothing this was the first visit ever to this office . It was a enjoyable and friendly visit . I felt cared for and felt they wanted to help me with my medical needs and they helped me quickly . I plan on making this a primary medical care stop

Take a little longer time to administer the vaccine and watch me for any allergic reaction. Released me just after and didn't hold me back to watch me since I am a immune compromised patient having a rare blood cancer.

Nothing. They called, worked me in, I was there the timeframe they explained, friendly, answered my questions, explained everything as they went. Thankful they are willing to work with Covid patients.

For one thing. Too many forms of ID. And no one told us when we had to come when we needed to take the booster shot. I asked when never got an answer. and, Didn't seem to care when we left. Thank you. Bye.

I visited the office for a covid test. Maybe we could have checked in with the clinic via phone rather than going into the office. After going into the office for check in, we were instructed to wait in the car for the test to be given.

I never received the answer to my COVID test until like three days later, than... it was supposed to been in 2 day and it was 3 days later, and I didn't care for that. I hadn't no... I have no way of finding out what COVID test or what it was, or anything, until the Health Department called me. So, that's the reason I don't like to be recommended to you guys.
