Everything went so smooth!! I was so impressed with this office so much for my first visit!! Christina is a God sent individual!! I made a great choice of picking her for my pcp!!:)

Christina Coleman was by far the best healthcare experience I've ever had. I went to 4 other providers before her to try to get healthcare assistance and everyone of them disrespected me, wouldn't talk to me, told me there is nothing they could do and rushed me out the door. One was so bad, that the medical student who was with them apologized to me and said they would have never treated me that way. I'm forever thankful to Mrs. Coleman and forever indebted to her. Thank you so much For helping me better my living lifestyle. I have recommended her to everyone I have spoken with. Like I said, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was sent for a cat scan on the 30th and as of today have not received a report.

Christina is an outstanding physician, but the front desk, staff is rude, and they also should not drill a patient. When a patient comes in to make an appointment, they should not drill the patient at the front desk, as to what the issues are and whether or not, they are allowed to see the provider. That blond in the front is ridiculous.

There was nothing they could have done. They are so nice and made me feel at ease. I don't like going to doctors and I haven't been in over 22 years because the doctor usually don't care or assumes a bunch of things without testing anything. Thank you for such a great staff

Have the girls at the front desk be more observant to the patient waiting to sign if if nothing else they could acknowledge the patient standing there if nothing else they could say something like I will be with you in a minute

Yes, the doctor never follow through with what she says she she'll tell the patient one thing and then she never fall, she never does anything else. you never get the results from your test, you have the time she doesn't call in the medicine so that is just been in my experience.

Hey, everything was great except when we, when the person is being registered in, we have to stand for a long time, and I'm disabled and I'm pretty sure by 90 % of the patients there are disabled, and I would just like to know why they don't provide a chair for the patient to sit in front of the window while they're being registered. Thank you.

Lady at front needs some CS training. Not another soul in the place and was made to stand back 10 feet from the window. I am vaccinated, boosted and was masked. She was behind the window. Felt her approach was snide and she needs to address patients in a milder and friendlier manner.

My experience was great. No complaints.

Get rid of the mask mandate!!!!!

Take the carpet out of the room they work you up in. It looked nasty and with continuous traffic there is no way to keep it clean.
