        I was just needing to ask him a question about... the sores in my nose. And what I could do to make then quit hurting. That's all. He was a great doctor. And I'm waiting on him to call me back with the cosmetic surgery. Thank you. Awesome doctor. Hello? Hello?

        I can't think of anything. I was seen at the time of my appointment, treated with respect and consideration by the staff. The Doctor listened attentively as I explained my problem. He then performed the procedure necessary to rectify my condition. We were able to converse easily during our one-on-one talk. I think the doctor is a credit to his profession.

        Check in was very poor and I waited and someone had to come out and get me because I was late for my appointment and Dr. Blaine had to go to another appointment and I felt like I did not get the consideration, or care that I needed from the get go.

        Nothing, I needed to see an ENT due to a nose bleed and they worked hard to get me an appointment. The doctor also advised my about my medication.

        Dr Blaine showed no concern for my complaints. He was short with me and spent less than 5 min with me. I waited 1.5 hrs after my appointment time to see him only to be treated with the barest minimum of regard.

        Put the physician's name on top of the door instead of just saying... the lady said, follow the heart down the hallway. I went into a room and sat in there 10 minutes only to find out I was in the wrong room. Put the physician's name on the door and then have the... I guess the associates who work there... instead of saying go down the hall, make sure that they direct the person directly and specifically to the right door. Thank you.

        I was sent for a biopsy and he spent most of the time inspecting my nose and was not even intrasted in the growth found under my tongue with the CT I had at the E.R.

        He's a very fast talker and sometimes you don't want to be polite and break in the conversation, but it would be nice at the end of the conversation if he would just ask the patient, "Do you have anything else to add, or would you like to say anything else, or whatever." So, but other than that, he's exceptional.

        Check out was a little confusing, perhaps because they were short staffed. The same people were checking people in and out.
