We had a very awesome visit thank you

I have no idea how my visit could be any better than it was. I was checked in as soon as the patient in front of me was. I did not wait long before I was called back. My Dr arrived in less than 5 min. She went over my labs, explained a few things to me. Answered a few concerns I had. I love my Drs. I see Ginger Osborne and Dr Uy. I am very well pleased with both of them and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs to see a Dr in the field they specialize in.

Yes, she is very thorough, She'll answer all your questions and she seems to know what she's doing. When you leave your office, you leave it satisfied.

I was very pleased with Dr. Uy. She educates, listens, is thorough in what she explains. Great bedside manners. Wonderful, wish O found her sooner.

Labs were supposed to have been ordered through ARH System that day so I could have them done at my convenience. I went to Paintsville ARH on 8/6/2022 to get labs done. They had none in the system for me. I will follow up with the office on 8/10/2022 to question this. This was my only issue.

Everything was as good as it could be !

I was highly impressed with my first visit! I always say an office is as only as good as it's staff. In other words, you could be treating with a great doctor but their staff be extremely rude. That was never the case with Dr. Uy's staff. Dr. Uy actually listened to my concerns and provided helpful insight on what could possible going on and what she could offer or do to fix the problem. The previous provider I was seeing would take 4 to 6 weeks to provide me with my blood test results. This resulted in paying $50.00 for medicine then 3 to 4 days later them changing my medicine and costing another $50.00. Something I could not afford but they failed to listen. Not only did the hospital have results that day, she personally called me with results. I would highly recommend ARH and staff for any medical treatment!!

Please... for you have moved her office. Have the one at the front desk, at the hospital to make sure they tell exactly where she's at. Just saying across the road does not help. Explain to them exactly what office she is at. Because I was unaware that she had been moved and it made me extremely late for my appointment. But through her good heart she still seen me. Thank you.

kinda of confusing as how to enter. I actually went in the wrong door into the Covid Infusion area which I didn't like as I'm still scared of catching it but Dr Uy , staff were very nice and explained everything about my diabetes meds , monitor. I would highly recommend her to family , friends

There needs to be signs outside with Dr. Uy's info on it. Office staff do not need to be sitting on their phones with feet propped up on the counter out front where patients arrive see this as the first sight. I understand it was lunch time but if the office door is open during lunch then staff should still sit professional and not make the patient knock on the window for assistance. If it not expected for staff to assist patients during lunch then the door should be locked and patients only enter when staff are ready to assist them. Another note, staff should not share face mask, one girl did not have hers and she used the other staff members mask when she came to open the window to answer my question. Dr. Uy and the lady that registers her patients were both excellent and very professional.

Better signage on the building indicating which door to use for Dr. UY's office location.

She is a very good doctor who knows her stuff. There is no need for improvement. I hope she stays in Southeastern Kentucky for we need doctors like her. I look forward in my next visit with her.

Nothing. The wait time was not long at all. The staff was respectful and helpful. Dr. Uy was knowledgeable and very clear about my treatment plan. Was very good experience.

The Covid infusion office should not be located so close!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/23/2022
Clearly label the entrance. She recently moved and I didn't know which door to enter for her office. It wasn't clear if I was entering the clinic or the Covid treatment clinic. I was nervous opening the door.
