Adequate follow up care. Example: I have been taking Repatha injections twice monthly for 6 months for elevated cholesterol. There was no discussion about rechecking my levels during the initial visit. So I took the initiative and sent a request for follow up bloodwork through the ARH app. My request WAS responded to very quickly with the order submitted but I feel like I should have been given a date to return to recheck my levels. Thankfully, my cholesterol was back in the normal range.

Shorten lobby wait time. My appointment was 9:45. I arrived and checked in at 9:20. I wasn't called back until nearly 11:00. Once the check in process started, everything proceeded rather quickly and I was finished by 11:30. But I feel the lobby wait time was too much. A 9:45 appointment time should have a check in of no later than 10:15.

Yes, I love Jessica, but her workers messed up on my prescriptions. Ain't called me back with my appointments that they had scheduled. Her staff just don't do what they're supposed to. Thank you.

Yes, it would be helpful to have more people upfront, checking people in and answering the phones, as well, as more than one fax to submit information to for all of the providers that are there.

They are so nice to me 'cause they take good care of me, and I don't have no problems at all with them or anything. They're real good to me at the doctor's office and everything. So I enjoy everyone out there and people give me hugs and stuff that knows me and everything. Thank you.

Everything and everyone treated me nice. I just had to wait a few minutes before someone could check me in. They were busy on the phone so they really couldn't do any better!

The outside of the Barbourville Clinic is dirty. The windows and doors look like they haven't been cleaned in months.
