Maybe not have to go through showing the same medical insurance card each time when checking in

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr Douglas and yes I highly recommend him to anyone who may have a problem he can fix.

The check in time and area before you get into Dr. Douglas' office was long.

They were very helpful and they done a very good job. I couldn't recommend nobody else no better. They done wonderful. Thank you.

Please see the Dr. Douglas gets his computer so that the patient can watch how he removed the wax from the ear. It was very helpful before hand, and he has no computer now that's hooked up. Thank you.

Dr. Douglas was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The only thing surprising to me was the more than "casual dress" of the ladies in Reception. They were friendly and knowledgeable but need to step up their work wardrobe.

I honestly can't think of anything that I would suggest to improve my experience. Perhaps outside signage would be helpful. I was more than satisfied with the complete visit once I entered the building and confirmed with registration that I was at the correct location.

I can't think of anything. Everyone was great. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone was super nice. The nurse talked to me on a personal basis until the dr came in. Dr. Douglas was very thorough. Explained everything. Asked me if I had any questions etc.

Dr. Douglas we think saved my husband's life by diagnosis of his throat issues. We are very great full to him

Stop weighing people at every visit.

Too long of a wait time between appointment time and actual doctor visit.

Dr. Douglas was so nice to me. He talked me through everything he did and checked on me anytime I seemed like I was in pain.

The only problem was we had to wait in - in the exam room for an hour before we saw him. But other than that, everything was great.

I enjoyed Dr. Douglas, I thought he was good. But your questions or too...bland. There's more to it than...I need to meeting meet him and be around him more to know if I like him real well, and I do enjoy this...doctor (INAUDIBLE), and if I have a little bit more...inter contact with him, I'll understand. Thank you.

Felt very rushed, not given 2 mins to think over the course of action. Talked fast and moved the whole process to fast. He was in to see me for no more than two mins.

Have a person at the front desk to greet me , give instructions, instead of signs.

Yes, Dr. Douglas is amazing, knowledgeable, the rules there about the masks though are beyond ridiculous. There were a group of I guess higher ups that came. None of them had one on, which I thought was interesting since they were trying to make us sit there and wear one. So, let's get rid of the Covid theater. That's the only reason I wouldn't be back. Dr. Douglas himself is awesome.

The biggest thing you can improve on is waiting time. They were overrun with less help, and we have never experienced this before with Dr. Douglas. Thank you.

Registration has minimal privacy. The staff showed no concern for keeping patient demographics and dx private.

You could've had a in sooner. The girls at the front desk could have been nicer and could have been more lodging.

I don't think it should take anybody to wait half an hour to get registered to get into any office in that clinic.

My visit was great.

Provider should be on time for appointments. My appointment was at 2:45. I was called in for screening on time but the provider didn't come in until 3:30. This is not good.

I don't know anything he could have done any better, he took care of my ears, both of them clean them,I can hear now, I may be covered area everything that I'm with there for thank you. I like him really, really good.

Overall I think the visit was good. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
