Everything went smooth.

The visit was for a physical and it it went well. The only thing that concerned me was the information on file was not accurate and not up to date but was an easy fix.

I think you need to have talks with your...people that checks you in. (INAUDIBLE) or something. But the doctor and the nurses they was excellent, it's just the people that checks you in (INAUDIBLE)

I didn't see Kendra on the 16th. I only got a flu shot and it was given to me by Haley. That works in Dr. Turner's office. So that's the reason I didn't fill this out online. Okay, but I've seen Kendra before and she's good.

Hi. The most important thing, I think you guys can work on is just communication. Really, really difficult to get a hold of anyone, and the portal's the easiest, and I use the portal, but for some patients (INAUDIBLE) I tried to make an appointment for a month, and they just cannot get one (INAUDIBLE). Thanks.

The provider was great, but the employees that work in this office is awful. They won't answer the phone.. They are sitting there talking to each other about their personal lives , just let the phone ring..

One of my medicine amounts was supposed to be changed and wasn't, so I have to call back to the office to have the staff change it.

I received the wrong medication. Number one, told them that it was the wrong medication, they gave me medication without proper blood work. And the number one thing though is they need to listen to their patience and answer their phone in their office. Thank you. Have a good day.

No improvement needed. The staff was very helpful. When we arrived it was their lunch time but they took the time to take all our info and we got our Covid Buster.

The provider prescribed an antibiotic for a bladder infection but did not prescribe fluconazole or other medicine to prevent a yeast infection. I did call back and someone called it in to the pharmacy.

You could do a lot better on making sure that the patient has prescription called in when they're supposed to be calling in. So they're not late and restarting a medication that they have to be on permanent or whatever. And making sure that before the patient Leave she has no questions or he has any questions about anything health wise.
