    The only thing I have wrong with it took 2 days to get a answer back whether I had (INAUDIBLE) or not. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

    The only problem with Matthew Turner's office is that you cannot get through to the telephone, it either rings and rings and rings or you may talk to someone and it seems like it's someone in the hospital. So, maybe he needs a direct telephone line, I don't know. But that's the only problem I see with his office. You cannot get through to him. The phone just keeps ringing.

    Well, the thing that you don't, well, is Dr. Matt Turner is a really good doctor when I talked to him. He's very nice and has a really good bed side manner but the problem is is that the the office has always been an issue. For me, they're really hard to get a hold of and when you leave a message and asked they to call you back they never call you back and then whenever you call them a finally get to talk to somebody it's like that they don't even deliver your information to the doctor so I think Dr. Turner's a great doctor but I think that that office staff definitely needs an overhaul because this has been an issue. I've had with them for about a year.

    The visit was excellent. I sign up to get vaccine for the coronavirus a year and half ago and ARH HOSPITAL never did call me. So I had to get the vaccine somewhere else. My visit with my Dr was excellent.

    Well, I don't know how you do any better improving as far as that part goes, but I have fallen and hurt my back and I left leg and he didn't seem to be too concerned about that at all. But Everything else, yeah, he was really concerned. So it makes a difference, but we're I feel hurt my back and my left leg. He didn't, he acted like he wasn't too concern about it. Thank you.

    Sometimes it's hard to get through the office. I have to call numerous time. Sometimes it's taken a couple of days to even get anybody to answer. That's really my only complaint. Everybody's been nothing but nice. It's just hard to get a hold of somebody at times.

    I was very pleased with the visit and found no problems with it. The reason I put "yes, somewhat" on Dr. Turner knowing my medical history is because I haven't transferred my medical records to him yet. It is not anything that he did wrong.
