Signature Massage: A combination of hot stone therapy,  aromatherapy and blend of customized massage techniques.  Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and  stress much more deeply and quickly than with traditional  massage. The overall experience is rejuvenating and very relaxing.
(*recommended massage for most clients.) Can also get this massage without the aromatherapy for those  sensitive to scents – especially Lavender.

Therapeutic Massage: Specific areas of discomfort, pain or injury  are targeted using a variety of massage techniques.

Relaxation Massage: A very relaxing style of bodywork. An array of strokes such as kneading, effleurage, and percussion are used  to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type  of bodywork are wide-ranging and include decreased stress levels  in the body and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage: A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is highly effective for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. It is common for  clients to experience soreness after this treatment - Not recommended  for those not acclimated to deep massage.

Trigger Point Therapy: Focused pressure is applied through a  variety of techniques in order to release tender areas of tension  in specific areas of the body. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are longer lasting. It is common for clients to experience soreness after this treatment. Not recommended for
those not acclimated to trigger point therapy sessions.

Prenatal Massage: A variety of techniques specifically for expected  mothers are used to encourage relaxation. 2nd and 3rd trimester only. No high risk or complicated pregnancies.
