I hate that I had more one on one time with the clinical students instead of the dr that I came to see but I understand they are doing their clinical studies and they are learning as well.

They were very caring, knowledgeable, about my past history. Only things that I could see that you could do better, is making sure that you get everything the first go around and somebody doesn't have to come back to you, because that's why I've been back. I don't want to know.

Change the sign outside that says you gotta call your doctor before walking in even if you have an appointment. I guess that should say that it's only for emergency appointments. I called before walking in and since I was just on time I kinda panicked when the phone wasn't being picked up because i didn't want to be late. When I finally got a hold I was told I could just walk in

This was my first time at this office and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. Becky was excellent and made me feel comfortable. I am glad I made the decision to be a patient there and would recommend them to anyone.

She is really, really, really sweet. But the last time that I was there, it seemed like that she was in a hurry. But she is really, really good and I appreciate everything that she did. Have a setting area in the foyer... I was early for my appointment and I had forgotten my cell phone, my husband had dropped me off for a 1:00 pm appointment, I had not been there before, and didn't know I couldn't get inside the building, I had to stand on the street until the door was opened at 1:00pm

Nothing could have been improved, it was a very short wait and a very helpful visit.

The girls at the office are always helpful from the front office to the nurses and doctors. Very friendly and personable and caring.

After the visit I was prescribed meds but was never told why or what the results was from my visit . I received a txt I was prescribed a medication but nothing more as to why I was taking it .

I was treated with up most respect. I cannot think of anything that would have improved my visit.

Little bit of a wait but Mrs. Akers was a very good provider.

Yes, ma'am. I most definitely have recommended so far. I was treated very respectful. Decent. Never felt shame. Because there was some kind of personal things, you know, we had to discuss. But she made me feel at ease in all aspects. And like I said, I have recommended her to other people. I'm very thankful. You all are blessed to have her and I look forward to coming back. Thank you.

Every thing was great, I even had a emergency death in the family and I told the nurse and the doctor came right in and I was ready to leave in no time, thanks for being acceptable to my needs that day.

I had a good experience at the facility, but I was told I would have test results the following day - so I called the day after and the next day and it was still pending. The weekend came and I was told the NP checks results over the weekend. I received a prescription notification with no explanation at all of my test results until I was the one to message directly - no phone call. I still have not gotten a complete summary of the rest of my testing. I expressed concern for doing a 3rd course of the same antibiotic but it didn't seem like my thoughts were heard. She did give me other medication options but I am still uneasy about this recurrent infection and feel like something is missing.

I honestly cannot think of anything you could do differently. I was extremely leased with the entire visit and staff.

I am very picky with offices and this office surpassed my expectations! Very happy I found them so quickly after moving here
