Everything was very professional

I had a 11am appointment and was seen close to 3 pm. He was so overwhelmed with patients. Secondly, I was not aware that three shots could make me deathly sick.

I've waited 3, 1/2 hours for a 5 to 6 minute consultation, with the doctor that is ridiculous.

Everybody was very nice but I think a four hour wait to see any doctor is uncalled for.

Every thing was good

This provider has an extremely large patient load. My appointment was at 7:50 AM and I was not seen until around 10:00 AM. I understand when a doctor is popular and exceptional at his job, but some people cannot sit for that long in the waiting areas. I was fortunate not to be in any pain, but I imagine there were several who were and had to sit well after their appointment time.

I had a great experience with Dr. Royalty and his staff. His office is extremely busy but we live in a small town and he can't really help that. I would give him a definite 10/10!!!

Yes, see I definitely love Dr. Royalty. He was great. I love him. He was so kind and so nice and when I asked a question, he would answer it and I knew what he was talking about. I just love him. I won't go to nobody else but him and I wouldn't recommend nobody else but him. He was just wonderful. I love him. I love him. I love him. I'm going to go to him for now. I love Dr. Royalty. He's just super nice and super good. He knows what he's talking about and he just helped me. He helped me a lot by fixing me so that I can walk by fixing my knees and helped me be able to walk better and I can't thank him enough.

To not have such a long waiting period. Thank you.

Wait time is too long

I had an appointment at 9:20 and did not see the doctor until 12:45. It was blatant I was not a priority, nor was my time.

Decrease wait times in his office - still too long...

My appointment was at 11:05am It was 4:45pm before I seen the Doctor. The office workers let walk in patients go in to see the doctor before people with appointments.

Wait time in waiting room! My appointment was at 10:30 waited in waiting room for 3 hours. Another older lady had an appointment at 9:30 and set there till after 12:00. And the staff was rude to her when she asked when was her time to be seen. Unacceptable!!

Everything was good , hospital staff was very helpful and informative. The Dr. Is wonderful.

I really enjoyed Dr. Royalty's visit. He was very thorough but there's a lot of people waiting in his waiting room and there's a lot of people outside and it's not there's just too many people trying to see him at one time. He's over booked in my opinion, but he's really good. So that's why he's over book.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I could not have been treated any better. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the long waiting time. I waited over two hours before I seen dr. Royalty. He has such a great reputation and personality everybody wants to go to him for knee surgeries shoulder surgeries etc. I really do not know they can do to make wait time shorter. God bless Dr. Royalty and his staff.

The doctor was... the doctor was wonderful. He knows his business. But the wait time was almost 3 hours. He schedules too many patients at one time.

Pretty long wait time. Which is to be expected with a specialist and he got pulled in to emergency surgery. Over all though the office staff were phenomenal. They answered every question they could, let people know he was in emergency surgery, and were always nice and considerate. My appointment was at 12:40 and I wasn't seen until after three but honestly I have no complaints. I know they are super busy and he's obviously good at his job. I will definitely be returning to get to the root cause of my knee problems

Yes. Decrease the wait time. 3 hours to sit in the waiting room is not acceptable.

The waiting room/ reception area is very busy, I moved three times to give my seat to an elderly or more injured persons! Special seating could help alleviate some, I felt I was less injured and better suited outside the reception so it gave, in my opinion, the more injured better seating. The office and staff was great just some constructive criticism! Everyone was wonderful to and with me!

Didn't actually get to see the doctor but practitioner did more than another facility doctor. Wait time was a little long but worth it.

The only problem I had was the wait. I waited 4 hours. So that was my only concern, was scheduling of appointments, and walk ins.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I wasn't sure whether to certain things after he did my procedure like using ice packs or wraps or anything like that, that wasn't mentioned. My procedure was done and he more less less. So, that's the only complain I got.

Honestly, I was happy with my entire experience.

I can't think of anything the office staff or Doctor and his nurses could have done differently to improve my experience that day. Everyone was very efficient and knowledgeable. For a very busy office I got in and out in a timely manner.

Just that I forgot to ask questions that I really wanted to know

The overall visit was good. My appointment lasted longer than I anticipated. I was scheduled at 11:05 and I didn't leave until around 1:30. There were so many patient there, it was standing room only for several minutes.

I Just like come by and drop a car. There's no perfect driver or no perfect doctor.

I think the only thing you guys need to improve on is the wait time in this office. My first visit there, I waited probably over 2 hours and I just had to get up and leave and reschedule my appointment. And this time, I waited about 3 hours. So, the wait time is the only real problem that I have.

The only thing I see wrong with the office over there is, they have too many patients for the same lot of time. It takes too long to be seen. I was over there. My appointment was, I think it's11:20. The, Dr. Royalty is excellent, doctor and wonderful personality. You couldn't find a better doctor. The only problem is waiting time to see him. There's so many people. He's so popular and it's a long waiting time out in the reception area to see him. And that's the only downfall.

Dr. Royalty is a great doctor. I would remain ... recommend him highly. But I do have concern about the waiting periods. I know he's busy but you know, my time's a little bit valuable, too.

The lady at the check in window misspelled my name in the system. I had to call my Insurance and have them send an email to her stating I had active insurance. I waited 3 1/2 hours because she didn't listen to me. The wait was terrible and getting my insurance on the phone took 5 tries...
