Lunch & Learn: An ARH women’s health series Set for December 5
Middlesboro ARH Hospital invites ladies in the community to its women’s health series called Lunch &Learn.
Lunch & Learn offers insight and tips on a variety of women’s health issues. On December 5, Dr. Elizabeth Douglas, board certified in family medicine, will discuss weight loss and exercise.
Adult women of all ages are invited to join ARH staff for the Lunch & Learn series. The lunch will be held in the hospital classroom, which is located near the MRI entrance at the back of the hospital. A free lunch will be served at noon with the program starting at 12:15 p.m. and ending at 12:45 p.m. There will be giveaways and an opportunity to win a door prize.
