HAZARD, Ky. — We are pleased to announce an exciting change in the delivery of OB/GYN services for our community. Primary Care Centers of Eastern Kentucky (PCCEK) and Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) have long enjoyed a strong partnership, and this collaboration continues to grow as we prioritize the health and well-being of our patients.

Beginning December 23, 2024, OB/GYN clinic services currently offered at PCCEK will transition to ARH. This change results from a mutually agreed effort between PCCEK and ARH, highlighting our shared commitment to providing seamless, high-quality care to our patients.

What This Means for You:

• You Will Keep Seeing the Providers You Know and Trust: Patients will continue to see the same providers they know and trust. The only change is that your appointments will now be at the ARH location.
• No Action Needed: No action is required on your part. Simply visit the new ARH location for appointments scheduled on or after Dec. 23.
• Streamlined Care: This transition will offer comprehensive services under one roof, integrating OB/GYN clinic services with ARH’s existing hospital-based care, including deliveries and surgeries.
• Smooth Transition: PCCEK and ARH are working closely together to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for patients and providers.
