Nothing Dr.Burchett excellent

I don't think you all can do anything to improve Dr. Burchett's visits and things. I really like him and I'd recommend him to anybody.

Every thing was fine. No complaints

He was wonderful. It was my first visit with him and he had an answer for every question, and he's setting up tests, he's doing exactly what I was hoping he would do. He was wonderful, I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you.

Sign in electronically. It didn't take. So I had to sit there over 2 hours. Other than that, everything was fine.

This was my first visit to this office and everyone was super friendly, made jokes and even had a laugh with Dr. Burchett. I would not change anything, they treated me like a person. Thank you for a wonderful visit

It was good nothing else

Parking,facility, staff,Physican all were outstanding ! My visit could not have been any better. Dr Burchett is an assert to not only me, but to our hometown , hospital.

Nothing. The service from the intake staff to the nurses, PA, and Doctor was impeccable.

The office staff as well as Dr Burchett were both friendly and professional..

My visit was fine and everyone was very helpful and friendly!

First he was a hour and half behind scheduled appointment. And didn't even asked how the medication from the discharge was working just ups and says he was changing her medication and trying something different. I didn't like that to well.

I had an order for lab work to be done before my next visit with Dr. Burchett. And when I got to, to registration, they could not find the order in the computer. So, I had to wait until after my visit to get my lab work done, which caused me to go all day without anything to eat or drink. No one was willing to go back and look in the chart and look for the orders.

I have no complaints

The waiting room was extremely crowded.

Everyone did a great job.

The staff there was phenomenal. Everybody was knowledgeable, everybody was kind, very respectful. And I enjoyed my visit.

Nothing. This was the first time I have NOT had to wait over an hour to see a doctor. Kudos!!!

Yes, it was a really good experience, just a follow up would have been better. But overall, it was really good.

Well, I pressed 10 for likely to recommend him. I will recommend them to anyone there, and he done an amazing job with me, and with my health condition and I understood...what he was telling me about it. I really like him, as a doctor. Thank you.

The provider did not instill a feeling that he had the confidence to provide the care we need.

Can not think of anything that could have been better concerning the provider and his office.

Limited availability of patient parking...... but delighted to see high activity for our hometown ARH facility.
