Everything was on mark and couldn't for a better doctor, staff, and experience

People were sitting in the floor. So put some more chairs out. We were all wearing masks and sitting close together. Might as well have a chair. Long wait time was ridicoulous

Yes, when your appointment time is... at a certain time that they could be a little more on time as far as... making you sit in the office or sit in a room, you know, 2 hour waits are a little much.

There has to be a better way to schedule patients. I don't how often they book patients from each other but they should allow more time for each patient. I waited almost 2 hours and 15 minutes in the waiting room before being taken to a patient room. And upon speaking to other patients in the waiting room, that was about the average wait time for all of us. That is ENTIRELY TOO LONG for anyone to sit in a waiting room.

To take me at my appointment time. I get there at 2 for a 2.15 appointment and do not see him till 430. There were tons waiting and not enough chairs. No apologies or explanation given. A lady came in late and she is told they would take her this time but if more than 15 minutes late you loose your appointment. If it was just explained it would have been better I know things happen.

My appointment was set at a time and had to wait over a hour . They set appointment to close together my time is just as important as the doctor is . And I like this doctor very much .

This doctor is to busy. He has too many patients and doesn't have time for very many people, so he is in a hurry at all times. He doesn't do all.

Everything was very good, except I think that the front office, the receptionist area could use at least two girls because the phone is very busy, and there's a lot of patients and one girl can't make the appointments and help the doctor get what he needs to. I think they need at least two girls in the front office. Everything else is great. Thank you.

I didn't get to see Dr. Nazer. He had already left. I seen the nurse there I did but I didn't see Dr. Nazer. I like Dr. Nazer. He's a very good doctor, but I didn't get the, the exact help I was really wanting that day because he had already left.

I think everything was really well. However, there were not enough seats. I ended up standing for a period of time, and the waiting room was way too crowded to make me comfortable. I don't know if it was a booking or the...I don't know. But the waiting room was way full and no chairs.

The wait time was too lengthy, 1 1/2 sitting with a mask on only to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Also, the baseboard beneath the electric hand dryer in the restroom was filthy.

I was in the examining room waiting for the Dr. Noticed bloody tubing where the suction machine was, I just hoped the rooms would be cleaned between patients. I did bring it to the attention of the staff, they did change the tubing and suction container which did have bloody drainage in the container, while I was in the room.

Everybody worked together great and the antithesis really knew what he was doing. I didn't have a hangover after I came too. I give the whole team a 10. That was my first trip there. Usually go to other place in beckley but not any more. I appreciate the way I was treated there

I think there needs to be a PA in the office to handle new patients that come to the office for a colonoscopy because they have reached a certain age.

When... seeing this provider... The appointment time means little. I have waited... An hour and some contains close to 2 hours past the appointed time to see him. It's very aggravating and wasteful of the patient's time. I think he can do a much better job in scheduling appointments and keeping them, keeping them on time.

The provider did not consider a more serious disease that I was concerned about. Could have easily been solved with a test for that disease. The provider also did not change any medications to help with the newly found condition and only told me to watch what I eat instead of actually helping.
