Hazard Community and Technical College Partners with ARH to Make Needed PPE

It is with tremendous heartfelt gratitude Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center thanks Hazard Community and Technical College for their partnership. Recently college President Jennifer Lindon, Ph.D., presented us with needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, Austin Rafferty, CADD Program Coordinator, delivered 100 face shields produced from the college’s 3-D printer. Mr. Rafferty’s five children are a part of the production line, putting them together as a family from their home. We sure appreciate their efforts, too. The college committed to providing 100 face shields a week to our healthcare workers on the front line of this COVID-19 pandemic. HCTC, you are our #ARHRealHeroes.
