      Dr. Shane McDougal and staff done a great job in a professional way. Every time I go in for a visit they are a top notch team. Don't need to do anything to help my experience on my visit. Need more like Dr. Shane McDougal.

      I was very well pleased with the Dr, and all the nurses, and everything. I was ... first time I've been to him, and I was really pleased with everything they did, and I will recommend ... recommend him to anybody that I know. I will recommended him to my son, and he's going to call on him, and I appreciate everything they did that day. I thank you very much.

      It was tele health he ask if I wanted to come in but I did not. If I had went in and gotten tested for Covid thru him I would have started better treatment sooner

      Be able to get my results faster. My thing on the computer is hard for me to get into and I would rather they call me as soon as the results are in I would like for them to set up where my son could get my results but it won't put my name on his thing to look at my chart on the computer
