Harlan, KY – Harlan ARH Hospital recently presented a $5,000 donation from the ARH Foundation for Healthier Communities to Kentucky State Police Post 10 in support of the annual “Shop with a Trooper” program, benefiting families across Harlan, Bell, and Knox counties.
