Beckley ARH Hospital is pleased to welcome Surgeon Sarang Kashyap, MD, to its medical staff.
Kashyap completed his General Surgery Residency Program at Easton Hospital, Easton, Penn. He did a Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke’s Hospital, Houston, Texas. He is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, Society of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of India, Delhi Medical Council, Maharashtra Medical Council, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Northhampton County Medical Society. Additionally, he has numerous scientific publications, presentations, honors and awards for his research work.
“We are excited to have Dr. Kashyap join our talented team at ARH Surgical Associates. Our surgery team, which includes Dr. David Stuart and Dr. Rajendra Singh, will cover a wide spectrum of surgical services,” said Rocco Massey, Community CEO at Beckley ARH. “Dr. Kashyap has done extensive research and fellowships around topics such as trauma and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and cardiothoracic surgery.”
Kashyap is board eligible in surgery and specializes in treating gastrointestinal endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures, including bariatrics. Additionally, he specializes in lumpectomies and mastectomies in the removal of breast tumors.
